This was a quick card I made while playing with my new stamp sets. I raised the balloons up on dimensionals & used Crystal Effects to give them shine.Supplies:
- Stamp Set - Crazy for Cupcakes
- Ink - Basic Grey
- Markers - Tempting Turqouise & Brilliant Blue
- Card - Tempting Turquoise & Whisper White
- Accessories - Tempting Turquoise 1/4" Grosgain, Crystal Effects
- Tools - Paper Cutter, Paper Snips, Stamp-a-ma-jig
- Adhesives - Snail & Dimensionals
These would make great invitations, you could knock a load of them out in no time!
